After the recent participation in TTG Rimini and Milan Mountain Show, APF Valtellina's promotional activity continues with its presence at the World Travel Market in London from Tuesday, November 4, to Thursday, November 6. The WTM represents one of the most prestigious events in the global tourism scene, a reference point for industry operators. APF Valtellina will be present at stand N3-510 in inLombardia - Regione Lombardia; in the same area, the presence of the Sondrio and Valmalenco Tourism Consortium is also confirmed.

On November 5, at 11 AM at the inLombardia - Regione Lombardia area, there will be a joint event promoted by APF Valtellina and the Chamber of Commerce of Como Lecco. The meeting, titled “Lake Como and the mountains of Valtellina: an area of excellence in the Italian tourism landscape,” will highlight the collaboration between two neighboring territories that share a strong tourist vocation and a deeply connected natural and cultural identity. The initiative aims to promote a single geographical area internationally as a destination of excellence in the heart of the Italian Alps, where lake and mountains merge into a complete and high-level tourist offer.

During the presentation, Clara Spini, collaborator of APF Valtellina, and Fabio Dadati, member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce of Como Lecco responsible for tourism, will speak. The activities of cooperation and joint promotion strategies between Lake Como and Valtellina will be illustrated, with a focus on experiences that connect the two destinations: golf, cycling tourism, and trekking foremost. Particular attention will be given to the leading role that Valtellina will play in the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, a unique opportunity to further enhance the territory.
