The Art of Pasta was born from a true passion, one that over the years has transformed a small workshop into one of the most appreciated realities in the province. Today it continues to bring to our tables ravioli, tagliatelle, and ready-made dishes crafted with artisanal care, selected ingredients, and a strong desire to innovate. A simple story of a young, passionate team eager to bring quality.

For the Arte della Pasta, making pasta is an art.

It is not just a play on words; it is a statement.

And I can say this because I know the “guys,” I always call them that, since the early years when they opened the first store in 1998.

I still remember the little shop on Via Mazzini in Sondrio that had the workshop in the back.

50 square meters where they managed to do everything, a little van, and a lot of passion.

At that time, their dad also helped out when he had some spare time, the legendary Daniele, who lent a hand when there was a delivery to make.

When I went to my accountant, who has offices in the same building, right above, the smell of ravioli filled the stairs and made anyone's mouth water at any time of the day.

Pierpaolo, Cristian, and then Marco, jumped into this adventure without imagining where they would end up.

Enterprising minds and hands that saw the potential, and today l’Arte della Pasta is one of the most important realities in the province of Sondrio, in terms of fresh pasta.

5 stores, the last one opened in November 2021 in the Piazza Campello area in Sondrio.

Their daily presence at the markets of the main towns, 2 vans for deliveries, and 2 vehicles equipped for the markets.

The small workshop on Via Mazzini in Sondrio has become a space of 400 square meters in Albosaggia, where today l’Arte della Pasta has its main headquarters.

Their mission is to produce high-quality fresh pasta to best satisfy their clientele.

And they are doing great. The thermometer is the numerous testimonials on their social media pages, which always gather excellent reviews.

Every day, the artisan pasta factory produces ravioli, tagliatelle, pizzoccheri, gnocchi, ready-made dishes, gastronomy, and distributes them in various stores that in the evening almost always see everything sold out.

Given the high demand, l’Arte della Pasta has decided to meet the needs of those who are gluten intolerant and celiacs.

It has opened a separate laboratory, in a protected environment, to produce fresh pasta and other products for those who need to stay away from gluten.

Everything is under the highest control away from any contamination.

The raw materials are, as much as possible, zero kilometers, from the meat to the cheeses, and even the flour is 100% sourced from Italian wheat.

The desire to experiment and to take on new challenges leads the Art of Pasta to continuously produce new flavors of dumplings.

It is easy to find daily novelties in the shops.

Now the team has also welcomed Riccardo and Alessandro to bring a breath of fresh air to the company.
