Backpacks on and boots on feet: Sunday, August 17, a new journey of Saor de Rèzel begins, the high-altitude gastronomic event in Sondalo and the Alta Valtellina - which, for the IV edition, presents itself in Tröċ food style (trail food) in the splendid setting of the S. Bernardo plain, where the homonymous church rises, symbol of the enchanted valley, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park.

Here’s what the day offers: 4 food points and 1 surprise stop along the trail, with genuine specialties from Valtellina, a bar/refreshment area open to all, country music and dancing, and a concert at high altitude. For adventurers, there will also be the opportunity for trekking with a Guide, along the trails of the "Bormio 360" route and among the pastures of the valley. A day of celebration for everyone in a place rich in great charm, among nature and the scents of the valley, immersed in a unique atmosphere, of stories and flavors, sounds and colors.

• 9:00 AM > Departure "Trekking 4 pàs" (from Fontanaccia) with AMM Laura Besseghini
• 11:00 AM > Opening of registrations, sale of tasting vouchers, and welcome aperitif at the reception point in San Bernardo
• 11:15 AM > Mass in honor of the Patron
• 12:00 PM > Opening of the stands with food points
• And after eating… music and country dancing with “Old Boots” and concert with “Men in the Van”

To facilitate movement, and given the limited number of parking spaces in loc. Fontanaccia, a continuous round trip "Shuttle Bus" service "Le Prese/Fumero" (from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM) is provided, to be paid on site, on the day of the event. The walking route from Fontanaccia will be free; the Val di Rezzalo road will be closed (from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM) to allow for a peaceful walk.

The complete CuntaPass costs €25 and includes 4 food points along the route, plus 1 surprise stop. A reduced version for younger participants is also available: the CuntaPass Under 12, offered at €15, with 2 tastings and a surprise stop. The “4 Pas” Trekking (maximum 20 participants), costing €40, includes the CuntaPass, guidance along the route, and the round trip shuttle bus from Le Prese to Fontanaccia. An exclusive gadget will be given to the first 200 registrants!

CuntaPass can be purchased until August 14 at the Sondalo Infopoint or conveniently online at www.sondaloturismo.it and www.bormio.eu with all the information.

On the day of the event, it will be possible to purchase only individual vouchers for food points, until stocks run out. For this reason, early purchase of CuntaPass is strongly recommended, at a discounted price.
