The third weekend of Gustosando in Valtellina has also come to a close, featuring the municipalities of Albaredo per San Marco, Buglio in Monte, and Talamona. The two days, characterized by a welcoming and lively atmosphere, attracted numerous visitors, both from Valtellina and beyond, who had the opportunity to fully experience and appreciate the proposed activities.
The route in Talamona, with its ancient courtyards, enjoyed a weekend marked by beautiful weather, which certainly contributed to a greater influx of visitors. “The second weekend of Gustosando met our expectations – said the Pro Loco of Talamona –. Participation was very good, with many groups coming from outside the province. We thank the volunteers from the associations, the merchants, all the locals, and the collaborators who enlivened the weekends with music, events, and entertainment.”
In Buglio, the event recorded excellent participation, confirming its ability to serve as a significant stop in the circuit. “Gustosando in Buglio in Monte is a concrete demonstration of what a community can achieve when institutions, associations, and citizens work together – commented Mayor Christian Azzalini –. I sincerely thank all the volunteers who, with dedication and enthusiasm, made it possible to welcome visitors in the best possible way and to create days of authentic conviviality and promotion of our territory.” Filippo Bongini, Deputy Mayor and Vice President of the Pro Loco, is also very satisfied: “The success of the event is thanks to the many people who dedicated their time and energy for the common good. As Pro Loco, together with the Consortium and the Municipality, we worked hand in hand with local associations and volunteers, merging skills and passion. They deserve a special thank you: without them, none of this would be possible.”
Among the alleys and courtyards of Albaredo, tourists were able to enjoy generous tastings and an atmosphere made even more enchanting by decorations, ancient traditions, and musical entertainment. “We are really happy about the large turnout and the atmosphere that was felt in the village these days – said Antonella Furlini, President of APS Albaredo Promotion –. Gustosando is much more than a food and wine event for us: it is a moment of meeting, of enhancing our roots and traditions. Seeing the streets of the village lively, the enthusiastic guests, and the volunteers from local associations working side by side with passion is a great source of pride for the entire community. A sincere thank you to all the associations, to the volunteers, to our fellow citizens, and to everyone who collaborated to make this edition possible.”
While Talamona and Buglio in Monte conclude their Gustosando here, Albaredo will return for the weekend of October 11/12 along with the first of the two dates of Mello in Cantina. In Albaredo, the experience will continue with authentic flavors and various entertainments; in Mello, however, the convivial atmosphere of its cellars will take center stage, surrounded by a lively atmosphere filled with live music and fun.
