February 2026 - In the heart of the alpine winter, Livigno renews its connection with the Olympic spirit through an experience that combines wellness, performance, and emotion. Throughout the month of February, Alpine Wellness at Aquagranda offers “A Continental Journey,” a special program that celebrates one of the Olympic rings and the continent it represents every Wednesday.
A journey that transforms the world of wellness into a narrative, crossing different cultures, landscapes, and energies, and which finds its peak expression in the “wellness Wednesday”: extended opening until midnight, a greater intensity of experiences, and a participation that makes this day the beating heart of the week.
Linking all the evenings is the universal message of sports: unity, sharing, and respect. At 8:30 PM every Wednesday, the Aufguss show “Citius, Altius, Fortius – Communiter” becomes the symbol of this journey. The title means “Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together”: a contemporary re-reading of the traditional Olympic motto, enriched by the term Communiter to emphasize the value of togetherness and equality among people, continents, and cultures.
Alongside the thematic Wednesdays, the ritual at 6:30 PM remains central every day, inspired by the Olympic world for the entire month, guiding guests through a daily journey of connection between sports, wellness, and the alpine atmosphere.
On Wednesday, February 4, the journey begins in Europe, the cradle of the modern Olympics and a symbol of balance between history, elegance, and strategy. From the snow-covered Alps to the art cities, the European continent inspires a day made of precision, control, and timeless beauty. The atmospheres evoke the solidity of traditions and the culture of athletic gesture, celebrating Europe as a place where discipline meets emotion. The evening also pays tribute to Italy and the path towards Milano Cortina 2026, recalling the motto “IT’s Your Vibe,” inviting everyone to experience the Olympic spirit in a personal and authentic way. Great European champions who have marked the history of sports are celebrated, including Deborah Compagnoni, Alberto Tomba, Arianna Fontana, Giuliano Razzoli, Ole Einar Bjørndalen, and Nadia Comăneci.
On Wednesday, February 11, the focus is on Africa, the black ring of rhythm and energy. Warm, intense, and vital, the evening brings to Aquagranda the deep heartbeat of a continent that thrives on strength, courage, and primordial energy. The atmospheres evoke the savannah, desert, and great metropolises, in a succession of sensations that speak of continuous movement and resilience. At the heart of the narrative is the motto “Africa Welcomes, Dakar Celebrates,” symbol of the Youth Olympic Games 2026, marking a historic moment: for the first time, an Olympic event on the African continent. The evening pays tribute to athletes emblematic of resilience and determination like Abebe Bikila, Eliud Kipchoge, Wayde van Niekerk, Hicham El Guerrouj, and Caster Semenya.
On Wednesday, February 18, the journey crosses the Americas, the red ring of limitless strength. From the great cities of North America to the vibrant colors of the South, the American continent is the protagonist of a day dedicated to speed, determination, and freedom of expression. The narrative develops around the idea of journey and connection, with a tribute to the Pan-American meaning that unites North, Central, and South America into a single experience. The symbolic moment of the evening is the ritual inspired by the path of the Olympic flame, which ideally crosses the continent from Alaska to Patagonia. Celebrated athletes include Lindsey Vonn, Mikaela Shiffrin, Shaun White, Tessa Virtue, and Chloe Kim.
On Wednesday, February 25, the journey concludes with Asia and Oceania, the yellow and green rings of balance and freedom. On one side, Asia, with its discipline, harmony, and quest for balance; on the other, Oceania, a symbol of freedom, creativity, and deep connection with nature. The atmospheres move between meditation and lightness, in an experience that invites slowing down and finding center. The reference to the motto of Tokyo 2020, “United by Emotion,” reinforces the concluding message of the month: sports and wellness as a universal language capable of uniting different emotions. The evening celebrates athletes like Yuzuru Hanyu, Ayumu Hirano, Kim Yuna, Nico Porteous, and Zoi Sadowski-Synnott.
With “A Continental Journey,” Aquagranda Alpine Wellness and Livigno transform the Olympic month into an experience that goes beyond relaxation, telling wellness as the art of the alpine experience, where energy, style, and emotion meet at high altitude.
