On the occasion of the Olympics and Paralympics, Sondalo celebrates the value of sport as an identity and community element with the photo exhibition “Memories of sport: beyond competition. Circles of memory and community”.

The exhibition tells the sporting history of Sondalo and its fractions through images from the past that evoke moments of everyday life, sporting competitions, and moments of leisure and fun. Photographs that speak of smiles, relationships, and participation, witnessing how sport has been, and continues to be, a strong social and aggregative element for local communities. The exhibition path is configured as a living memory, where the past dialogues with the present, enhancing not only the competitive dimension but above all the human and collective aspect of sport.

The exhibition will be open from February 10 to March 31, 2026.
The inauguration will take place on Tuesday, February 10 at 5 PM.

The exhibition is organized by APT Sondalo and the editorial group of the “Al nòs tacuīn” calendar, in collaboration with the Civic Library, and is made possible thanks to the contribution of numerous individuals who have provided their photographic material.
The event is part of the program “Sondalo – Mountain and Passion Circles”, promoted by APT Sondalo and the Municipality of Sondalo, in collaboration with local associations.
