🏠 A building between history and architecture

The building later belonged to the Guicciardi family and constituted one of the bodies of the large noble complex that extended along via Chiuro and via Senatore Enrico Guicciardi.

🎨 Precious interiors and artistic details

Inside the courtyard, on the north side, a wide portico with cross vaults opens up, supported by a singular column with an unusual-shaped capital. This space introduces a representative room characterized by a large fireplace, on whose hood an imposing coat of arms of the Guicciardi family made of stucco is displayed.

The umbrella ceiling of the hall is decorated with scroll motifs, which testify to the artistic taste of the time and the importance of the building in the local context.
