🛒 Ingredients for 4 people
- 320 g of fusilli (or another short pasta)
- 100 g of Bresaola della Valtellina IGP
- 1 bunch of fresh arugula
- 60 g of Grana Padano in flakes
- 8 walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Coarse salt, for cooking the pasta
👩🍳 Preparation
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, following the cooking times indicated on the package.
- Drain al dente and immediately rinse under cold water to stop the cooking. Drain very well.
- Meanwhile, slice the Bresaola into strips.
- Tear the arugula by hand and coarsely break the walnut halves.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl: pasta, Bresaola, arugula, Grana, and walnuts.
- Season with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
