4 November 2026 – Promotion activities by the Valtellina Promotion and Training Agency continue, with the team heading to London for the WTM World Trade Market, from Tuesday 3 to Thursday 5 November.

WTM London is one of the leading international events dedicated to tourism and networking among industry professionals. APF Valtellina is taking part within the stand inLombardia - Regione Lombardia and ENIT in Pavilion N3-200. The same space is also home to the Sondrio and Valmalenco Tourism Consortium and the Valchiavenna Tourism Consortium.

Over 50,000 visitors are expected, all industry operators, coming from across the globe: the fair unfolds through connections, the application of AI in tourism and the latest trends. In this setting, APF Valtellina aims to strengthen the destination’s visibility and to showcase the richness and variety of its offering: from the mountains and outdoor sports to cultural and food and wine experiences, with ideas designed to attract visitors all year round.

Taking part in the fair also opens up networking opportunities: for APF Valtellina, Clara Spini will join the special event organised by ENIT at the Sea Life London Aquarium. The initiative is a further chance to build professional relationships and to get to grips with tourism market trends, thanks to an event focused on promoting Italy and its image, also through cinema.

“Being present at London’s World Travel Market means putting Valtellina and its stand-out qualities at the heart of the global tourism market. Being there means showcasing the area, in synergy with Regione Lombardia, by promoting a place that’s no longer just an winter ski destination, but one that brings together nature, sport, culture and food and drink throughout the year,” comments Elio Moretti, President of APF Valtellina.
