  • 120 g of beef bresaola (better if from Valtellina)
  • 50 g of Grana Padano flakes or Parmigiano Reggiano
  • A handful of fresh arugula
  • Some cherry tomatoes or pachino
  • Some drops of balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of lemon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

  1. Lay the slices of bresaola on a flat plate, forming a circle and covering the bottom well.
  2. Add a handful of arugula in the center, letting it be slightly “cloud-like.”
  3. Distribute the grana flakes on top, letting them fall naturally to give movement to the plate.
