🛒 Ingredients for 4 people

  • 6 dl of Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG wine
  • 70 g of sugar
  • 5 g of gelatin (leaf)
  • 5 cloves
  • ½ stick of cinnamon
  • 200 g of fresh or frozen berries

👩‍🍳 Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, bring the Sforzato wine to a boil with the sugar, cloves, and cinnamon.
  2. In the meantime, soak the gelatin in cold water for a few minutes.
  3. When the wine is hot and the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat, strain the spices, and add the well-wrung gelatin, stirring to dissolve it completely.
  4. Pour the warm mixture into 4 balloon glasses, filling them about ¾ full.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until the jelly has set.

🍓 Decoration and Serving

  1. When ready to serve, distribute the berries on the surface of the jelly.
  2. Serve directly in the glasses, with a long spoon.
