📝 Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 4 goat cheeses of 100 g
- 200 g of mixed greens (mesclun, arugula, chicory, valerian)
- 2 slices of sliced bread
- 40 g of Grana Grosino grated
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Balsamic vinegar to taste
- Salt to taste
👩🍳 Step-by-step preparation
- Wash and thoroughly dry the mixed greens.
- Cut the sliced bread into cubes and sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil until golden croutons are obtained.
- Cut the goat cheese maintaining a thickness of about 1.5 cm for each slice.
- Place the goat cheese on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with Grana Grosino and broil until golden.
- Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges.
- Compose the plates: create a base with the greens, add the croutons, the cherry tomatoes, a pinch of salt, EVO oil, and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
