📝 Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 fresh egg
- Sugar to taste (about 1-2 tablespoons)
- Red wine or milk, to taste
👩🍳 Step-by-step preparation
1. Whisk the egg white:
- Separate the yolk from the egg white.
- Whisk the egg white until stiff peaks with a hand or electric whisk.
2. Combine yolk and sugar:
- Add the yolk and sugar to the whipped egg white.
- Beat vigorously until achieving a thick and homogeneous cream, in which the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Add wine or milk:
- Slowly pour in the red wine (for the more traditional version) or the milk (for a milder version).
- Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Serve:
