  • 200 g of melted butter
  • 300 g of coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 400 g of flour 00
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 or 3 eggs (depending on size and desired consistency)
  • 1 small glass of Marsala

  1. Make a well with the flour on a work surface or in a large bowl.
  2. Add the melted butter, chopped walnuts, sugar, salt, eggs, and Marsala in the center.
