- 3 eggs
- 180 g of sugar (white or brown)
- 120 ml of seed oil (sunflower or corn)
- 90 ml of milk
- 35 g of unsweetened cocoa
- 380-400 g of 00 flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanillin

- 250 g of ricotta (or mascarpone or cream cheese)
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 egg

1. Prepare the chocolate batter:
- Whip the eggs and sugar with a mixer until you obtain a frothy mixture.
- Add the oil, the milk, then the sifted cocoa, always mixing.
- Gradually incorporate the flour, the baking powder, and the vanillin.
- Switch to a spatula to mix well; the batter will be compact but homogeneous.
2. Pour the batter:
- Spread the cocoa batter into the previously buttered or lined baking pan.
3. Prepare the cream:
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the sugar and the egg until you obtain a smooth cream.
- Pour the cream over the cocoa batter and level it with a spoon.
4. Baking:
- Cook in a preheated static oven at 180ยฐC for 35-40 minutes.
- Let it cool: the creamy heart will settle, becoming compact and irresistible!
