From May 27 to 31, 2026 the Festival delle erbe spontanee returns to Le Prese and Poschiavo

Biodiversity, flavor, and sustainability

Amid the enchanting flowering meadows among the mountains of Valposchiavo, the Festival delle erbe spontanee takes place, a food, cultural, and social event aimed at showcasing the great botanical biodiversity of the alpine valleys; to introduce herbs through observation, touching, smelling, and tasting, firsthand; to enhance ancient knowledge in gastronomic and therapeutic fields, but also to propose new uses. Our festival is— and we would like it to take root like a seed in the hearts of visitors—focused on biodiversity, flavor, and eco-sustainability, taking place in a rural environment with a cheerful and carefree atmosphere.
