🧾 Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 3 artisan grissini large
  • 100 g of gorgonzola (zola)
  • 50 g of shelled walnuts
  • 6 slices of bresaola
  • Half a lemon

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Break the grissini:
    Divide each grissino in half to obtain 6 sticks of equal length.
  2. Prepare the gorgonzola and walnut mousse:
    In a small bowl, work the gorgonzola until creamy, then add the . Mix until you have a homogeneous cream.
  3. Fill the bresaola:
    Spread a teaspoon of mousse on each slice of bresaola, then gently wrap it around a grissino, leaving one end uncovered.
  4. Final decoration:
    Arrange the stuffed grissini on a wooden cutting board, adding a few whole walnut halves and half a lemon sliced for decoration and a touch of freshness.
