🫓 Crunchy Rosemary Crackers | Easy and Quick Recipe to Make at Home
Are you looking for a genuine, crunchy, and fragrant snack to serve as an appetizer or between meals? These rosemary crackers are perfect! They are made with just a few ingredients and in a few minutes, and they are baked in the oven at high temperature to achieve their irresistible crunchiness 🔥🌿. You can customize them with herbs to your liking or leave them plain!
📝 Ingredients for about 4 people:
- 150 g of flour
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 50–60 ml of warm water
- Finely chopped fresh rosemary
- Coarse salt to taste
👩🍳 Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the oil, the chopped rosemary, and the warm water.
- Work until you obtain a smooth and soft dough.
- Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
🔪 Shaping and baking:
- Divide the dough into two portions.
- Roll out each part with a rolling pin into a thin sheet (2–3 mm).
- Sprinkle the surface with coarse salt and roll over it again with the rolling pin to make it stick.
- With a pastry wheel, cut the sheet into rectangles or shapes of your choice.
- Bake at 250°C for about 4 minutes.

You can replace the rosemary with sage, oregano, thyme or other aromatic herbs, or omit it for a neutral version.
