- 3 buckwheat crackers (oven-baked)
- Fresh mixed greens
- Burrata
- Cherry tomatoes
- Bresaola Punta d’Anca Extra (cut into strips)
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
👩🍳 Preparation:
- Prepare the base: on a serving plate, lay a small layer of well-drained burrata.
- Place the first buckwheat cracker on top.
- Add a bit of mixed greens, more burrata, and thinly sliced cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with a stream of extra virgin olive oil and arrange the sliced bresaola.
- Cover with a second cracker and repeat the same process to create a second layer.
- Finish with the third cracker, a teaspoon of burrata, one cherry tomato for decoration, and a final drizzle of oil.
