🛒 Ingredients for 4 people
- 150 g of Bresaola Menatti thinly sliced
- 400 g of spreadable cheese like Philadelphia
- 140 g of fresh arugula
- 140 g of strawberries at medium ripeness
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.

- In a bowl, work the spreadable cheese with a very fine chop of arugula, the Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg, until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
- Add the strawberries diced, previously washed, dried, and trimmed.
- Gently mix and let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Take a slices of bresaola, place a spoonful of filling on top and fold it to form a wrap.
- Close the wraps with threads of chives or fold them in a half-moon, like small pastries.
