📝 Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 120 g of Valtellina Casera DOP (medium aging)
- 120 g of Bresaola della Valtellina IGP
- 80 g of celeriac
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Grana Padano basket for serving (optional but recommended)

- Cut the Valtellina Casera DOP, Bresaola, and celeriac into julienne: they should be in very thin strips.
- Gather all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and, if desired, a few drops of lemon for a touch of freshness.
- Serve the salad inside a crispy Grana basket, for an original and tasty presentation.

- To make the Grana baskets, simply place the grated cheese in a hot non-stick pan to form a disc, let it brown slightly, then lay it over an inverted bowl to shape it.
