  • 250 g of flour
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 60 ml of seed oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g of pre-cooked green beans, chopped
  • 80 g of cooked ham (coarsely chopped)
  • 60 g of chopped nuts (or other dried fruit to taste)
  • 200 g of well-drained mozzarella or scamorza
  • 1 packet of baking powder for savory pies
  • Salt, pepper, and dried thyme to taste.

👩‍🍳 Step-by-step preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and seed oil until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, a pinch of salt, a grind of pepper, and a sprinkle of thyme.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing well with a spatula or whisk.
  4. Add the cooked green beans, chopped nuts, cooked ham, and diced mozzarella. Mix everything together without overworking the dough.
