🛒 Ingredients for 1 serving

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 shallot
  • Some leaves of fresh basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Cuor di burrata
  • 2 slices of Bresaola “La Fassona” about 0.5 cm thick

👨‍🍳 Step by step preparation

  1. Prepare the vegetables
    • Chop the shallot.
    • Cut the zucchini into dice not too small.
    • In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil, add the shallot and zucchini, and sauté everything over medium heat for a few minutes.
    • Adjust with salt and a pinch of pepper.
  2. Prepare the bresaola
    • Cut the slices of Bresaola “La Fassona” first into strips, then finely chop them.
    • Transfer to a bowl and mix with a drizzle of oil and a sprinkle of pepper.
  3. Assemble the tower
    • Use a round pastry cutter to assemble the various layers:
      1. Base of sautéed zucchini
      2. Layer of cuor di burrata
      3. Final layer with bresaola tartare
    • Press lightly with the back of a spoon to compact and maintain the shape.
    • Carefully remove the cutter.
  4. Garnish
    • Decorate with a leaf of fresh basil and a drizzle of EVO oil for a fragrant touch 🌿
